Each consultant of Expert-IT ensures at the same time activities of analyst-developer, project manager and trainer. They have to provide regular training about new technologies, according to their knowledge.

This operating process, of type "competences center", promotes a mastery of the tool and the platforms. This mastery is cultivated as well horizontally, in the context of the preparation and the teaching of courses, as vertically, for the specific needs of a project or another. The two dimensions enriches each other.

Moreover, the fundamental aspect in Expert-IT is the communication. The knowledge and skills acquired by the experts make sense only if the expert is able to transmit them.
